The quotes noted 1923 are from the book, whereas the quotes noted 1927 are from the later workbook, which does indeed elaborate on several book topics.

I have an original copy of the Science of Being by Eugene Fersen (published 1929) - some of this material is not in the book - is it an elaboration of it? If so this is a mistake because all should be explained to make his writings even more simple - now which would require even less words. The fundamental principal is as i understand that mind is more powerful than the small things - like math and words (language) just use mind by feeling and that is the key to his entire description of the science of being.

Greg,

never heard of this fellow before (there is always room for learning something new in life).

However, what he says sounds pretty familiar to me:
his piramid is a universal symbol, albeit incomplete.

In reality, there are TWO piramids, pointing up and down, glued together at the base and forming, as it were, a prism.

They define 6 + 1 = 7 points, the complete septenary:

the 4 orizontal directions (aka the 4 elements), the zenith (heaven), the nadir (hell), and the most important of them all, the center (quintessence).

Also, 4 points rotating around a central triune axis. The prism is contained in the sphere.

Interesting that his form of internal work mimics the structure above: a golden tip for practicioners.

Best

Cara —

Thanks for the pointers.

A few years ago I tried to locate any existent Lightbearers without success. Great to hear the work continues — and the website includes some historical notes that are new to me (for example, that the artwork appearing in my post was created by Malcolm Thurnburn).

Baron Eugene Fersen is an unsung hero among the metaphysical community. But it seems his works are experiencing a resurrection!

The works of Baron Eugene Fersen are amazing. Thank you for publishing this on your blog so others will know about him. I have Science of Being: 27 Lessons,Science of Being, and some other goodies available in digital format at http://www.scienceofbeingsecrets.com

AND, those seeking further instruction can find it from his legacy organization, the Lightbearers, at http://www.scienceofbeing.com

The star exercise works and is cumulative in its effects. The lessons cover just about every aspect of life...lots of information, but well worth the time to study and apply.

Thnaks again for great blog!

Best,
Cara Yowell
